Abstract
The influence of the critical fluctuations at the ferroelectric and structural phase transitions upon the conductivity electrons is theoretically studied. The minimum of the carriers drift mobility has been observed at the diffuse phase transition temperature in lead-magnesium niobate (PMN) crystal. The damped piezoelectric oscillations have been induced with light pulse illumination in PMN crystal in electric field. The decrease of the photorefraction effect was observed in PMN-crystal grown with the excess of Mg or Nb.Keywords
