Abstract
Extracts prepared from ox hearts showed a depressor activity which corresponded to as much as 18 mgm. of histamine per kgm. Pure histamine was isolated from the heart extract and the author suggests that it was responsible for the depressor activity. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
