Abstract
In this journal, Elliott and Ellingworth (1997)reported their attempts to assess the impact of certain sources of survey error on the British Crime Survey. This article attempts to correct some flaws in their article, to place their results in a wider context, and to provide some further - arguably more robust - estimates of the impact of non-response bias. Keywords
