Shift of Conduction Electrons in Lithium

Abstract
The shift of conduction electrons in lithium, determined recently by VanderVen, is about 30 times larger than a theoretically computed value. The general theory upon which the calculation was based is corrected. A revised theoretical estimate of agrees with experiment.
