Abstract
A sheep liver cDNA library was screened with a BstEII fragment of human angiotensinogen cDNA to obtain sheep angiotensinogen cDNA. The cDNA sequence showed that preangiotensinogen consisted of 452 amino acid residues (49 kDa) of angiotensinogen and 24 residues of a signal peptide. Recombinant sheep angiotensinogen (56 kDa) was expressed in COS-7 cells. Keywords
