Abstract
Summary The major core protein p24 of bovine leukemia virus (BLV) was characterized by ten monoclonal antibodies. Competitive binding assays were performed in order to analyze the topography of the antigenic determinants by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. At least three independent antigenic regions were demonstrated on the BLV p24 molecule. Keywords
