Abstract
SUMMARY: Experience with a new silver‐impregnated atrial catheter in the Holier valve shunt operation is described. This catheter appears to have a number of advantages, which are discussed.RESUME: L'auleur décrit son experience d'un nouveau cathétère atrial imprégné d'argent dans l'opération du shunt de la valve de Holler.
