Abstract
High-field ( kG) and low-temperature ( mdeg K) Mössbauer-effect measurements of the Kondo system are reported. The comparison of these results with bulk susceptibility data leads to a polarization, of antiferromagnetic sign, of the electron gas in the Kondo state.
