Abstract
Ln1Ba2Cu3O y thin films with nine different lanthanide ions were prepared by a laser ablation method. Systematic changes in the structure and superconducting properties were observed in regard to the difference of the lanthanide ion radii. Smaller lanthanide ions were found to be suitable for the formation of a superconducting film with orthorhombic structure. Keywords
