Pion-Exchange Dominance in the Reactionat High Energies

Abstract
The charge-exchange reaction has been systematically analyzed up to 24.2 GeV/c to test the concept of dominance in the channel by high-lying Regge trajectories at very high energies. The results provide clear evidence for no more than pion exchange up to the highest momentum studied.
