Abstract
X-ray L-fluorescence spectra of niobium in niobium metal and some of its compounds are studied. The various satellite lines observed along with the L alpha 1,2, L beta 1 and L gamma 5 lines are explained on the basis of multihole configuration and radiative Auger transition. Keywords
