Abstract
Two patients with juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibromas are presented. Different haemorrhage-reducing operative methods were used. The cases illustrate the hazards of permanent ligation of the external carotid artery and the advantage of pre-operative embolization with absorbable Gelfoam.Keywords
