Abstract
The utilization of a micro-HPLC technique was described for estimating the hydrophobic substituent parameter (π-value) needed in studying quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR). The estimated π-values by the micro-HPLC method are in good agreement with the calculated values.Keywords
