Effect of Surface Dynamical Fluctuations on Light Scattering by a Nearby Dipole

Abstract
We introduce a model which accounts for surface-generated dynamical fluctuations, and we evaluate the corresponding absorption and resonance fluorescence spectra. Our results provide the first semiquantitative agreement with a recent experiment.Keywords
