Abstract
Biochemical and morphological markers were used to study linkage relationships in soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.]. Pubescence color locus (t) and the ß‐amylase locus (Am3) are linked with 31.88%±2.02% recombination frequency. They are in Linkage Group 1. Pubescence color locus is unlinked with diaphorase locus (Dial), isocitrate dehydrogenase loci (Idh1, Idh2) and leucine aminopeptidase locus (Lap1). Pod color locus (l2) segregates independently of Am3, Dia2, Idh1, Idh2, Lap1, and Pgm1 loci. No linkage relationship was found between any pair of the enzyme loci studied. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
