Abstract
The anisotropy in the magnetic penetration depth λ at 4.2 K has been systematically investigated with (103)-oriented YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films, using the resonator technique in transmission lines. The obtained values are λ=1.4±0.4 µm and λ=400±130 nm for the current flow across and parallel to Cu-O planes, respectively. This anisotropy ratio is in good agreement with the value estimated from the anisotropic resistivities of the films. Keywords
