Abstract
Effect of annealing under various gas flow atmosphere on the crystal structure and electrical resistivity for the high-T c superconducting single phase in Y-Ba-Cu oxide system is investigated. When a specimen is annealed under a nitrogen or argon atmosphere, the unit cell dimensions in an orthorhombic cell change remarkably, and the superconducting properties are degraded.Keywords
