Abstract
New measurements are reported of the thermoelectric power below 9 K of a series of palladium-silver alloys covering the entire range of alloy composition. The thermoelectric power as a function of alloy composition shows a sharp negative peak at just less than 50% silver; this would appear to indicate a marked sharpness in the upper energy tail of the density of palladium d-electron states. Keywords
