Abstract
Disaccharides containing α-glucose and α-galactose linkages are stereospecifically synthesized from primary and secondary sugar hydroxy groups and a 2-hydroxythioglycoside via intramolecular glycosidation of a dimethylsilyl tethered intermediate.Keywords
