Abstract
Partition chromatography in relation to the separation of amino-acids and peptides in the form of their acetyl derivatives was discussed. New data on the behavior of a number of these compounds in different solvents systems were presented. Detns. and the micro-analytical procedure for phenylalanine, leucine isomers, valine, methionine, proline, alanine and tyrosine in wool and cow-hide gelatin were given. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
