Comment on the structure of the total hadronice+e−cross section in the 4-GeV region

Abstract
The total cross section near 4 GeV is discussed from the point of view of broken color symmetry. The observed variations can be understood provided a strong attraction exists and leads to an exotic bound state. The leptonic widths agree well with the predictions.
