Abstract
Several phenols were synthesized from dimethyl β,β′,δ,δ′-tetraoxoalkanedioates, which were prepared by the condensation of methyl acetoacetate dianion with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylalkanediamides in the presence of BF3·OEt2.Keywords
