Abstract
The organisms employed were Lactobacillus arabinosus, L. fermenti, L. casei, and L. leichmannii. Growth repression of some of the organisms is caused by an excess of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, arginine, valine, methionine, serine or histidine. None of these compounds represses the growth of all organisms tested. Keywords
