Abstract
A recently developed hydrogen-sensitive Pd-gate MOS-transistor was used to detect small amounts of hydrogen in smoke. It is shown that the device can be used to detect a fire before it has really started and therefore has a potential application as a fire alarm.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
