Abstract
To establish early recognition of possible myocardial damage, the serum myoglobin level was determined by radioimmunological methods in 115 patients who were treated, due to anticipated premature birth, with tocolytically operating .beta.-sympathomimetics during a period of up to 10 wk.Keywords
