Abstract
The diagnosis and therapy of intermittent claudication are critically reviewed. A detailed, concrete and positive program is described whereby every physician can effectively treat patients with intermittent claudication without recourse to intricate diagnostic or therapeutic techniques. The value of this program is illustrated with four case reports. Keywords
