Abstract
Revised NN elastic phase shifts are presented, with particular attention to isospin zero, and with extensive comments on the absolute normalization of np polarizations. The incentive for this revision is that new np data on DT/RT, ANN, ANO, and AON improve markedly the determination of ɛ¯1 from 210 to 515 MeV. At these energies, phase shifts are accurately determined, despite a strong correlation between 1P1 and 3G4; a very precise measurement of either ALL or KLL could eliminate this problem. More extensive uncertainties in I=0 phase shifts at 800 MeV are discussed. Keywords
