Abstract
Twenty-two patients with myasthenia gravis were given mestinon bromide or pyrido-stigmine to replace neostigmine in their treatment. All but one patient preferred mestinon to neostigmine because of more prolonged effect and more even maintenance of strength. Side reactions to mestinon were minimal. Keywords
