Investigations of the Actual Food Intake of Elderly Chronically Hospitalized Patients

Abstract

Measurements of the actual food intake of 20 debilitated patients disclosed that although an adequate diet was offered most of the patients consumed an insufficient amount of calories and specific nutrients.
