Abstract
Measurements have been made on the single-particle inclusive reactions at 100, 200, and 400 GeV incident proton energies at Fermilab. The data cover a wide range in the radial scaling variable in the low- region ( GeV/c). The and distributions are presented. The , , and ratios are shown and are compared with data at higher . The experimental techniques and the data analysis procedures are described in detail.
