Abstract
A study was conducted with a sample of seventh grade students to investigate the possibility of a sex differential in the efficiency of scores on the Short Test of Educational Ability in predicting academic performance. Both achievement test scores and academic grades were used as criteria of academic performance. No significant sex differences were found in the relationship of Short Test of Educational Ability scores and any of the criterion variables. Keywords
