Spatial Dependence of Exchange Interaction in Heisenberg Antiferromagnet

Abstract
X-ray diffraction study of exchange striction in a [001] epilayer reveals a long-ranged magnetic exchange interaction. A new independent-exchange-path model is proposed to explain the experimental result. It provides the strengths of exchange constants for all neighboring spins.
