Abstract
The low-lying levels in have been observed with () reactions on by use of the 22.5-MeV beam of the Argonne tandem Van de Graaff and the split-pole spectrograph. Of the 26 levels observed below 3-MeV excitation, 18 were tentatively fitted with distorted-wave curves. In a number of cases the choices of possible spins for the levels could be reduced by comparing the present results with previous experiments.
