Abstract
The insulin binding of the sera of 48 subjects has been determined. Insulin binding was demonstrated in the sera of all 23 patients who had received insulin recently for more than 1 month. Twelve control sera from patients who had never received insulin were all negative. No consistent relationship could be demonstrated between the insulin binding and the insulin requirements of patients receiving insulin. Keywords
