Abstract
Angiomyolipoma in the upper renal pole appeared echogenic and well-circumscribed on ultrasonography performed on a 16-yr-old girl. Tumor extension was evidenced by an echodense area in the inferior vena cava.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
