Abstract
High concentrations of the antifertility drug .alpha.-chlorohydrin that produces infertility inhibited hyaluronidase, .beta.-glucuronidase and aryl sulfatases in bull and rabbit spermatozoa, but not acrosin and neuraminidase. Preincubation of the enzyme and .alpha.-chlorohydrin was essential to achieve the maximum inhibition which was irreversible. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
