Abstract
In 2 dogs which failed to become diabetic following repeated injns. of alloxan in usually diabetogenic doses (50-100 ing./kg.), serial biopsies of the kidneys showed the late development of glo-merular lesions. These occurred after, and seemed to be the result of, the usual tubular damage. Dogs receiving a single dose of alloxan and surviving for comparable periods showed only minimal glomerular changes. Keywords
