Line broadening of the3s22pnlaser transitions of neon

Abstract
Doppler and collision broadening were studied on six 2p55s2p53p transitions of Nei. Line-broadening parameters were extracted using the method of least squares in the computer analysis of spontaneous emission profiles transmitted through a scanning plane-parallel Fabry-Perot interferometer. Ne20-He4 and Ne20-Ne20 Lorentz broadening parameters are tabulated, and their temperature dependence summarized.
