Abstract
A correlated roentgen pathologic study of Kerlev's A, B and C lines has been undertaken. The lines have been shown to be produced by thickening of the connective [See figure in the PDF file] tissue septa of the lung. The different roentgen appearance of the lines is due to the variation in the anatomy of the connective tissue septa in different portions of the lung. The study also has confirmed the previously demonstrated anatomic distribution of pulmonary connective tissue septa. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
