Abstract
A new Ordovician genus Tasmanoconularia gen. nov. is described from the Westfield Beds of Tasmania for T. tuberosa sp. nov. A new species Conularia banksi is recorded from the Siluro-Devonian at Frenchman's Cap. Four species of Permian conulariids are described: Paraconularia derwentensis (Johnston), P. sorelli sp. nov., Notoconularia inornata (Dana) and N. levigata (Morris). Specimens previously assigned to the genus Conularia are reassigned to the genus Paraconularia. These comprise P. tuberculata (Fletcher), P. crenulata (Fletcher), P. acutilirata (Fletcher) and P. expansa (Fletcher). Keywords
