Abstract
Transport of charge carriers in one-dimensional systems is considered. Kinetic equations describing trapping and release of carriers are discussed. It is shown that the equilibrium occupancy of traps in one-dimensional systems differs from that in three-dimensional ones. Particular cases of isothermal and non-isothermal carrier transport are presented.Keywords
