Abstract
Twelve mice were injected intraperiton. with solns. containing 2.5 g. of NaHC14O3 and an activity of 18 [mu]c. Expired CO2 and excreta were collected, and 2 mice were sacrificed at each of 6 periods(1, 2, 7, 14, 28. and 84 days after injn.) for tissue and organ analysis. The C14 retained for various periods were as follows: 20 min., 17%; 30 min., 11-12%; 60 min., 8%; 1 day, 1.5%; 1 wk., 0.6%; 4 wks., 0.1%; and 12 wks., 0.1%. No outstanding selective accumulation by specific organs or tissues was noted. Keywords
