Abstract
A leftward bias of eye movements was associated with leftward lateropulsion of limb and body movements in a patient with left lateral medullary infarction. The ocular motor abnormality was most striking during shifts of fixation; all saccades to the left were too large while all saccades to the right were too small; saccades upward or downward veered to the left along an oblique rather than a vertical line. Keywords
