Abstract
A new method for the detn. of the diabetogenic activity of growth hormone prepns., making use of the tropic effect of growth hormone on the blood glucose of hereditary obese-hyperglycemic mice is presented. The method is rapid and can be used with hormones prepared by different methods, even in the presence of other pituitary contaminants. Keywords
