Abstract
Various five-membered cyclic ketones were prepared from 1,4-dihaloalkanes and potassium tetracarbonylferrate(2—) in moderate to high yields. However, the yields of six- or seven-membered cyclic ketones from the corresponding dihalides were rather low. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
