Abstract
The construction of a “Porton type” chemostat of 8‐l. working volume, based on the New Brunswick Scientific Co., Inc., Model F‐14 Fermentor, is detailed. Instrumentation for temperature, pH, and foam control, and for medium supply are described and operational problems discussed. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
