Abstract
A rapid and simple synthesis of pppGpN type /N equals C, U or A/ diribonucleotide derivatives is described by coupling guanosine 2', 3'-cyclic phosphate 5'-triphosphate with the appropriate ribonucleoside in the presence of ribonuclease T-1.Keywords
