Abstract
An experiment on admittance spectroscopy was performed on the ZnO-Ag alloy diodes, in which Ag was thought to diffuse into the ZnO crystal. It was found that Ag behaved as an acceptor in ZnO. Its energy level was 0.23 eV below the conduction band, and the electron capture cross section was about 6×10-16 cm2.Keywords
