Abstract
Of a series of nucleoside analogues synthesized, 9-(2-hydroxyethoxymethyl)guanine had marked antiviral activity in animal models [guinea pig, mouse, rabbit] of herpes virus infections, associated with very low toxicity.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
