Abstract
Raw soybeans as a component of the concentrate mixture caused a reduction of carotene in the blood plasma and milk whereas soybean oil meal had little effect. The control and soybean oil meal groups excreted more carotene in their milks than did the group fed raw soybeans. The vit. A concn. trends were similar for each group. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
